Héctor Ramírez founded AndesBuild in 2012 after completing his civil engineering degree at UIS and spending years frustrated by the lack of professional contractors in Bucaramanga's growing market.
He built AndesBuild on two principles: write everything down (detailed contracts, material specs, timelines) and never start a project you can't finish properly. Both principles remain core to how we operate.
12 years later, AndesBuild has a team of 20 professionals, 600+ completed projects and is consistently the highest-rated construction company in Bucaramanga. The referrals keep coming.
